iHUT: Gathering Real World Feedback

We develop in-Home User Tests (iHUTs) for our valued clients. iHUTs deliver powerful, real-world feedback and meaningful insights straight from consumers. We partner with clients to carefully design these studies with one goal in mind: getting honest, actionable feedback from real consumers.

Want to explore how an iHUT could work for your product? We’d love to help!

01

We start with questions.

What do you want to learn: comfort, performance, usability, or preference? We begin by identifying the key insights our client needs.

02

We select the products.

This may include new prototypes, current offerings, competitor products, or a mix of all three.

03

We craft and refine the survey.

We drill down to the specific questions that will generate meaningful feedback, quantitative and qualitative alike.

04

We conduct blind product comparisons.

We use blind labeling to remove brand bias and ensure more objective results.

05

We define the target audience.

Using our Consumer Testing Panel, we screen and recruit participants that match the desired demographic, based on age, usage habits, lifestyle, or other criteria relevant to the product.

06

We deliver the kits and collect the data.

Participants use the products at home over a defined period and complete usage diaries and surveys to share their experiences.

07

We analyze the results.

Our data team translates consumer feedback into insights that help our clients make informed decisions about product development, positioning, or improvement.

08

We turn insights into action.

All feedback is analyzed by our experienced team and translated into tangible improvements that lead to better, more effective products.
